Picture of REACH ADAPTED MAYER-JOHNSON PICTURE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM The REACH Adapted Mayer-Johnson Picture Communication System is a symbolic language picture library designed for use by individuals with cognitive, communication, or speech disabilities. The pictures can be used with any of the REACH onscreen keyboard products (see separate entries). Two sets are available. The smaller set contains more than 2,800 pictures, enough to fill the keyboard system for speech augmentation that comes with REACH. The larger set contains over 6,000 pictures, any of which can be added to any key on any of the over 400 keyboards that come with REACH, using the REACH Keyboard Author or REACH's "hot authoring." COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM or compatible computer. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Windows XP or better, Pentium IV processor or better, 256 megabytes (MB) RAM, 75 MB of hard drive space, sound card, and REACH onscreen keyboard program.
