Picture of DROP FRONT OR INNER SEAM OPENING FLEECE PANTS (MODEL C121-2) The Drop Front or Inner Seam Opening Fleece Pants, model C121-2, are children's pants designed for use by children with mobility disabilities, severe physical disabilities, spinal cord injury, or incontinence. These pants come with either a complete inner crotch opening, or a drop front opening from waist to hip on both sides. Drop front openings can be used with urinals and provide space for dressing. The inner seam crotch opening allows for changing of personal needs without undressing or taking shoes off. Crotch openings are available with either snaps or a Velcro closure. Other features include an elasticized drawstring waist, a wider cut and higher rise in the back for sitters or walkers with diapers, wrist loops sewn into side seams for lifting and dressing, large patch pockets high on the knee, and a cuffed hem. These pants are made of 12.5-ounce polyester/cotton fleece. SIZES: Small (children's sizes 6X to 8 and 23 to 24 inch waists), medium (children's sizes 9 to 10 and 25 to 26 inch waists), large (children's sizes 12 to 14 and 27 to 28 inch waists), or extra-large (children's sizes 16 to 18 and 29 to 30 inch waist). COLOR: Navy blue.
