Picture of MJM LOW BED (MODELS 680-40-R & 676-40-S) The MJM Low Bed, models 680-40-R and 676-40-S, is a manual adjustable bed designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or neurological disabilities or Alzheimer's disease. The low adjustable height is helpful to individuals with physical disabilities who have difficulty getting into a higher bed, and safer for individuals who are at risk for falling out of bed. The bed comes with a multi-position elevated headrest. It has no sharp edges, and the mattress (not included) is held in place with smooth curved corner supports. The frame is made of PVC plastic, with double walled support at all stress points. Custom sizes are available. OPTIONS: Headboard and footboard with standard mesh (model 686), set of four locking and two non-locking single wheel heavy-duty threaded stem casters (model 685), and a one- piece safety pad (model 690-C). DIMENSIONS: Deck height is 5, 8, or 11 inches. The casters are 3 inches in diameter.
