Picture of GUS! COMMUNICATOR Q1 The Gus! Communicator Q1 is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with communication, speech, or neurological disabilities. The unit includes communicator software loaded on a Samsung notebook computer with Windows XP operating system, two front mounted speakers, and a color TFT touch screen display. Two notebook options are available: (1) a notebook with a 900 megaHertz (Mhz) processor, 512 megabytes (MB) memory, and a 40 gigabyte (GB) hard drive, or (2) a notebook with an 800 Mhz A110 processor, 102 MB memory, and a 40 GB hard drive. Software includes the SpeechPRO communicator program, the Overboard overlay program, and the Neospeech speech synthesizer program. Each unit includes Wireless internet, two USB ports, and Bluetooth. OPTIONS: Combo/keyboard case. DIMENSIONS: Display measures 7 inches diagonally. WEIGHT: 1.7 pounds. WARRANTY: 1 year.
