Picture of INTEGRITY V500 Integrity V500 is an auditory evaluation system designed for use to test the hearing of infants, young children, or hard-to-test adults. This unit generates high-definition ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) results without sedation. Clinicians can perform auditory electrophysiological or otoacoustic emission assessment on patients from newborns to seniors. Pediatric patients can feed, speak, play, or wake up while being tested. Tests can be performed wirelessly. The unit fits unobtrusively on an alert child’s back, and can be secured on an adult with a lanyard, or placed next to a baby in a NICU incubator, car seat, stroller, or worn by a baby’s caregiver as a backpack. The unit comes with an Amplitrode, a miniature electrode mounted bio-amplifier that protects against electromagnetic noise in places with electric and magnetic interference such as Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), hospitals, military medical centers, operating rooms, and other clinical settings. POWER: Uses 4 double-A NiMH (rechargeable) or alkaline (non-rechargeable) batteries. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 1.2 x 7.2 L x 3.65 inches. WEIGHT: 0.8 pounds.
