The chair has a close fit design, with a padded seat and back, vinyl upholstery, a safety belt, swivel casters with two locks, and a chrome-plated frame. DIMENSIONS: Height adjusts from 32 to 46 inches. The seat is 19.5 x 16 inches and the back is 17 x 11 inches. The casters are 3.5 inches in diameter. COLOR: Chrome frame with black padding.
