The chair has a padded seat and back with vinyl upholstery, a chrome-plated frame, and a safety belt. DIMENSIONS: The height adjusts from 29 to 43 inches. The seat is 19.5 x 16 inches and the back pad is 17 x 11 inches. COLOR: Black padding and chrome frame.
