Picture of INCONTINENCE AND PELVIC FLOOR DISORDERS EXERCISE KIT The Incontinence & Pelvic Floor Disorders Exercise Kit is an exercise planning program designed for use by physical therapists who work with individuals with incontinence or pelvic floor disorders. The database includes illustrated instructions for 254 exercises, which the therapist can use to design a personalized exercise program. Exercise categories include adjacent muscle groups, diaphragmatic breathing, exercise ball, functional movement progressions, hospital/post surgical rehabilitation, lumbopelvic stabilization, pelvic floor co-contraction, pelvic floor coordination, pelvic floor facilitation, pelvic floor isolation, pelvic floor relaxation, and transverse abdominals. The database also includes tip sheets for Anatomy-Front, Bladder Diary, and Pelvic Floor Location/ Contraction. This is an exercise database for use with PC-Kits software (not included; see entry). All exercises have been drawn in both male and female figures, and exercises and tip sheets may be printed with English or Spanish captions.
