The therapist can use this collection of stabilization exercises to design individualized exercise programs for patients with spinal weakness and pain. The database is for use with PC-Kits software (not included). It contains 222 illustrated exercises of the lower and upper trunk, including closed chain, exercise ball, tubing, pulley, and Pilates mat exercises. All exercises are drawn in both male and female figures.
