Picture of TRACKBAR EMOTION MOUSE The Trackbar Emotion Mouse is an ergonomic low-force mouse designed for use by individuals with repetitive strain injury. This centered pointing device has a symmetrical design that allows the even use of both hands. It may be used either with the roll closer to the keyboard (default position) or closer to the body. The programmable buttons require only 50 to 70 Newtons/grams of force to activate. The large diameter roll bar allows for precise cursor motion with less manual effort. The surface of the bar and the buttons is smooth to the touch, and the top surface does not promote the formation of sweat on the user's arms. The mouse has six buttons with fixed functions in standard plug-and-play mode, which are customizable using the optional software. The clickable roll can be switched on and off. The function of the click feature is "double-click" on personal computers (PCs). The roll function can be rotated 180 degrees, allowing the unit to be reversed. In plug-and-play mode, the mouse uses the language of the computer operating system. With the optional software it can use any of eight languages (English, Spanish, French, Korean, Japanese, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, Danish). This unit has USB and microphone ports with cables for each port. OPTIONS: Sleeve; armrest; free downloadable software to customize buttons' pre-defined functions and allow use of other languages. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible or Macintosh computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Plug-n-Play in Microsoft Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, or 7 and Macintosh OS 9, 10.2 or later. DIMENSIONS (HxDxW): 32 x 105 x 280 millimeters. WEIGHT: 300 grams. COLOR: Blue, orange, purple, red, brown, green, yellow, or black with silver buttons.
