CUT & RELIEVE SYSTEM
The Cut & Relieve System is a cutting board and cutting guide and kitchen knife set designed for use by individuals with upper extremity tremors or disabilities or low vision. The dishwasher-safe, polystyrene Cut Cutting Aid firmly attaches to a countertop and holds the item to be cut in a stable position. The slice thickness is controlled with a turnable bar and the knife fits in the guides for straight slicing. The Relieve Knife has a loop in the polypropylene handle for easier grasping and a serrated stainless steel blade. WEIGHT: The Cut weighs 14.5 ounces and the knife weighs 5.7 ounces.
