The Winnie Wheelchair is a manual adult wheelchair designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities, mobility disabilities, or spinal cord injury. FRAME: Black powder-coated steel frame. UPHOLSTERY: Embossed black vinyl upholstery. ARMRESTS: Plastic arms. CASTERS: Hanger bracket to accommodate Hemi spacing rigging. WHEELS: Urethane tires mounted on composite wheel with sealed precision bearings and composite hand-rims. FOOTRESTS: Plastic calf pads and footplates. WARRANTY: 3-year limited warranty.
