Picture of HAL ARABIC SCREEN READER Hal Arabic Screen Reader is a voice output screen reader program designed for use by individuals who are blind or have low vision. This is an Arab-language version of the Hal Screen Reader program (see separate entry). It reads the full screen, including text, dialog boxes, icons, buttons, menus, and controls, with voice and braille output in Arabic. COMPATIBILITY: For use on IBM and compatible computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Pentium processor; Windows 98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating system.
