FRAME: Chrome-plated, carbon steel frame. SEAT: Choice of seat widths of 16 inches and 18 inches. UPHOLSTERY: Vinyl upholstery is flame retardant. ARMRESTS: Fixed full length armrests. WHEELS: Composite mag wheels are molded with contours. Sealed bearings are maintenance free. FOOTRESTS: Fixed footrests.
