LIDS OFF JAR OPENER (MODEL JW 200)
The Lids Off Jar Opener, model JW 200, is a powered jar opener designed for use by individuals with grasping or upper extremity disabilities, arthritis or the use of only one hand. To open a jar, the jar is placed on the turntable of the unit and the upper body of the unit is lowered to fit securely on the lid. Holding the on/off button down cause the turntable to rotate, loosening the jar lid. The unit handles jars in a variety of shapes, sizes, and styles, including baby food jars, large jars, and jars with plastic lids. The unit collapses for storage.
