These packs are available in a Neck and Shoulder Wrap, a Hot/Cold Pad, or Hand Mitts (each sold separately). These packs can be geated in the microwave in 45-second increments or placed in the freezer for two hours before use.

Notes: The manufacturer states the neck and shoulder wrap should not be used on bare skin. ** The Hand Mitts are sold in pairs and are intended to be used on bare skin. ** Shipping and handling charges are not included in the purchase price listed.
