Picture of QUAD PUFF SYSTEM (MODEL 988) & QUAD SIP SYSTEM (MODEL 988-S) The Quad Puff System, model 988, and the Quad Sip System, model 988-S, are pneumatic switches designed for use by individual with spinal cord injury or severe physical disabilities. These units have four in-line tubes, each of which can activate a separate connected device, including wheelchair controls. Model 988 activates connected devices when the user puffs (breathes out) into the corresponding tube. Model 988-S activates connected devices when the user sips (breathes in) on the corresponding tube. The spacing between the tubes accommodates those with limited head movement. DIMENSIONS: The unit is 6 x 6 x 24 inches. The span of the tubes is 3.25 inches, with 1 1/8 inch between the tubes.

Notes: Model 988 and model 988-S are sold separately. ** Under Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, these items are not returnable due to sanitary reasons. ** Shipping and handling charges are not included in the purchase price listed.
