Picture of 90 DEGREE WHISPER-LITE SWINGAWAY SIP-N-PUFF (MODEL 32555) The 90 Degree Swingaway Sip-N-Puff System, model 32555, is a pneumatic switch designed to enable people with severe physical disabilities to propel powered wheelchairs using breath control. The system can be placed in a fixed position or installed as a swingaway unit by using the Pinned Split Collar with the Notched Step Collar. A plastic-coated gooseneck tube swings to the side and out of the user's way for better access when entering or exiting the chair. The system features a swing-away block and assembly and a 90-degree air-tight fitting which connects plastic tubing from the control interface to the Sip-N-Puff tube system. Internal and external compression and triple air seals insure the integrity of air flow. A figure-eight clamp holds the entire unit securely to the chair frame tubing. The unit includes three plastic air tube straws and two disposable saliva traps. OPTIONS: A multimount clamp is available to connect the unit to a chair frame of tubing other than 7/8-inch in diameter. DIMENSIONS: The gooseneck is 24 inches long. COLOR: The plastic coating on the gooseneck is black. WARRANTY: The manufacturer warrants this product against defects in workmanship and materials for 90 days from the date of purchase.
