The Portable Talking ID, model 3400, is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with cognitive or communication disabilities or medical conditions. This device provides 20 seconds of recording time for a single message or for personal identification and/or medical information. The unit can be worn on the included necklace, clipped to clothing, or carried in a pocket; when the center button is depressed, the information recorded is provided.
