INVACARE 9000 XDT
The Invacare 9000 XDT is a manual adult wheelchair designed for use by tall and/or heavy individuals with mobility disabilities. FRAME: Folding triple chrome-plated carbon-steel frame with crossbraces in a variety of colors. Push handles are standard. The frame is available in tall, standard adult, and hemi. The standard frame color is chrome; cobalt blue, red, black, or silver vein are optional. SEAT: The seat is available in a choice of 16, 18, 20, or 22 inches wide. The standard seat depth is available in 16, 17, 18, 19, or 20 inches. The standard seat-to-floor height is available in 17.5, 18.5, or 19.5 inches; 21.5 inches can be achieved with alternate wheel and caster packages. The back height adjusts from 15 to 19 inches in one-inch increments. UPHOLSTERY: Flame-retardant padded upholstery with heavy-duty liners. Black nylon is standard; options include black, dark blue, camel vinyl, as well as black sail cloth or hunter green or ruby nylon. ARMRESTS: Available styles include full- or desk-length, fixed height, padded flip-back armrests and full- and desk-length height-adjustable, padded flip-back armrests. The armrests are available in conventional or space saver configurations. BRAKES: Push-to-lock wheel locks are standard. CASTERS: Molded front casters with urethane tires are standard. WHEELS: No flex molded rear wheels with handrims, triple-position axles, and urethane tires are standard. FOOTRESTS: Hemi or super hemi swing-away footrests, hemi or super hemi swing-away padded elevating legrests, or articulating elevating legrests. The footplates are available in aluminum or composite. CAPACITY: 350 pounds. WEIGHT: Less than 38 pounds. WARRANTY: Lifetime warranty on frame and crossbraces.
