The Cambered Sure Glide Brakes are rear brake attachments designed for use with 3- or 5-inch single fixed wheel attachments (sold separately). These brakes operate without interfering with the normal use of the walker. DIMENSIONS: Model 6274 are 10-inch extensions and model 6263 are 13-inch extensions.
