The Orbiter is an eye-hand coordination activity designed for use by children with fine motor and neurological disabilities. This activity also encourages use of both hands as the user places fingers in the ring handles on either side, winds by flipping the wrists in a circular motion, and then pulls the handles tight and loosens them in a continuous rhythm to keep the orbiter spinning. Luminescent fins create dazzling colorburst effects.
