Picture of TECH / SPEAK (MODELS TS2X32, TS4X32, & TS6X32) Tech/Speak is a direct selection communicator designed for use by individuals with communication disabilities. Model TS2X32 offers 32 messages on each of two levels, for a total of 64 messages. Model TS4X32 offers 32 messages on four levels, for a total of 128 messages. Model TS6X32 offers 32 messages on six levels, for a total of 192 messages. The messages are recorded in a high-quality recorded voice and can be changed as needed. This unit features a shatter-proof, impact-resistant, waterproof plastic case; a shoulder strap; and an external speaker jack. The unit includes a set of six changeable full-color Mayer-Johnson overlays and a Boardmaker (see separate entry) grid. POWER: Uses four double-A alkaline batteries. OPTIONS: 2.5-second messages (standard time) or 4.5-second messages (extended time). DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 2.5 x 6.5 x 12.5 inches. WEIGHT: Two pounds.
