Turn-Talking is a behavior training program designed to teach conversational skills to children with cognitive disabilities. This program takes children on a guided tour of taking turns to talk. A supervisor writes a script and has people close in age to the user record the user's phrases and then the program conducts the converstion. By enabling users to write scripts, record phrases, and import pictures, the program can be customized. The program also includes pictures that can be used. This program can be accessed using a touch screen, a single switch, a keyboard, or IntelliKeys (see separate entry). COMPATIBILITY: Versions are available for use on Macintosh computers or IBM and compatible computers equipped with Windows.
