The Work Behavior Training Program is a prevocational job skills training system designed for use with individuals with cognitive disabilities. This program introduces and teaches 34 workplace behavior skills under the categories of social skills, work-related skills, and job-specific skills. This system assists individuals in recognizing both real and potential problems before they result in job loss. The program offers both assessment and training activities. The set includes 50 individual folders for tracking and evaluating progress, 34 full-color posters, a teacher's guide, 34 instructional cards for each behavior, and a storage box.
