The TelStrobe is a unit that flashes to signify that the telephone is ringing for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing. The strobe has a peak candlepower of 70,000 and emits a high intensity flashing light when the telephone rings. It is also ideal for high ambient noise environments; quiet zones in hospitals and libraries.
