Family Fun is a pre-reading tutorial program and a cognitive skills tutorial program designed for use as a matching activity or for representational play by children ages 3 to 5 years. Family members and household objects are represented graphically on an overlay for the PowerPad expanded keyboard (see separate entry) or on IntelliKeys. As an object is touched on the overlay, the object appears on the monitor and the speech synthesizer reinforces the association by naming that object or person. The complete set includes the program disk and an overlay. COMPATIBILITY: For use on Apple and Macintosh Computers. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS: Apple computers require a color monitor, the Echo Speech Synthesizer, and PowerPad or IntelliKeys; Macintosh computers require a color monitor, Echo LC, 2E Emulator card, LC softcard, and IntelliKeys or PowerPad. WARRANTY: Faulty disks will be replaced within 6 months of the purchase date.

Notes: The manufacturer offers a back-up disk, available at the time of purchase ($6), and additional overlays ($5 each). ** Technical support is available from the manufacturer.
