The Bounder Plus Power Wheelchair is a heavy duty powered wheelchair designed for individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury. FRAME: Black powder coated TIG welded frame with 0.065- and 0.120-inch wall steel tubing. Anti-tip wheels are standard. CONTROLS: UE1D electronic controls with 6 programs and bi-directional select switch. RWD: Super Torque 3 motors and brakes (ST3M&B). SEAT: 16-, 17-, 18-, 19-, or 20-inch seat width; 14- and 15-inch widths available at extra cost. The standard back height is 18 or 24 inches; custom back heights are available. The seat tilt is adjustable. Optional manual and power reclining backs are available. UPHOLSTERY: Super duty sling upholstery with a double liner, caps and web straps under every screw. Sling upholstery attached with machine screws. Available in black, dark blue, burgundy, or dove gray. ARMRESTS: Detachable padded desk length armrests standard with reinforced arm mounts. Other armrest styles available. BRAKES: electric brake system with smart brake release switch. CASTERS: 8 x 2 inch caster wheels. WHEELS: 16 x 2.125 or 20 x 2.125 inch Mag style aluminum rear wheels with safety reflectors. FOOTRESTS: Swingaway detachable footrests standard. Other options are available. OPTIONS: Lighting packages, horn, and rear view mirror. POWER: Uses 2 12-volt batteries (not included). A dual sliding battery box and a battery charger are standard. SPEED: 12.2 miles per hour. CAPACITY: 600 pounds. WARRANTY: Two year warranty on entire chair; 5 year warranty on frame and Super Torque 3 Motor & Brake drive trains.
