Three-piece headrest with center pad and two adjustable side pads. Standard pad sizes: center 4 inches wide by 6 inches high, side pads 4 inches wide by 2 inches high. Custom sizes available. Center pad has occipital shelf or can be ordered flat. Mounting hardware allows adjustment of side pad depth, angle, and width, and adjustment of entire headrest in height, forward/back, and angle. Attaches to solid back.
