Multiple Choice Multipurpose Answer Sheets, models 1-04051-00 and 1-040720-00, are answer sheets designed for use by children or adults who are blind or have low vision. Answer sheets available in braille (1-04051-00) or large print (1-040720-00). Each sheet has 20 lines numbered 1 to 20, with five answer choices labeled A,B,C,D, and E (lower case in braille). Braille sheets are embossed on standard, white braille paper, 10.25 x 10.75 inches. Large type sheets are 8.5 x 11 inches. Both types are sold in packages of 50.

Notes: Not designed to be used in answering the questions to any achievement tests published by the Printing House. There are special answer sheets provided for that purpose. Recommended for ages 6 years and older.
