Picture of TUMBLE FORMS UNIVERSAL GRASSHOPPER (MODEL 4775) The Tumble Forms Universal Grasshopper, model 4775, is a body positioner system designed for use with children and adults with physical disabilities. The Grasshopper consists of 17 different shapes and forms for adaptive support. Among the positions that can be incorporated into the therapeutic program using this system are side-lying, prone, supine, long-leg sitting, and log-roll sitting. By attaching the Tumble Forms log to the base, the Grasshopper becomes an active therapeutic treatment system for vestibular stimulation activities. The Grasshopper system includes: 1 padded coaster base with locking casters, 1 large wedge, 1 small wedge, 1 accessory wedge, 2 quarter roll supports, 1 center adductor module, 2 abductor modules, 1 log, 1 trapezoid module, l rectangular module, 2 wrap straps, 1 hip strap, 1 pull strap, 1 side lyer strap. DIMENSIONS: The base is 56 inches long; the small wedge, 6 inches high; the large wedge, 8 inches high. The log is 4 feet long. The trapezoid module is 5 inches high x 18 inches long and the rectangular module is 5.5 inches high x 11 inches long.
