Picture of FLYING TURTLE (MODEL R-FT) The Flying Turtle, model RF-T, is a scooter board designed for use by children and small adults with lower extremity disabilities. Designed for use on any hard surface indoors or outdoors, the Turtle features a low-to-the-ground chrome-plated steel frame with a polyethylene seat. The user propells the unit by moving the handles attached to the front foot bar from side to side. DIMENSIONS (LxWxH): 27 x 19 x 8 inches. CAPACITY: 150 pounds. COLOR: The handlebars have a powder-coated chrome finish and the seat comes in a choice of three colors.
