Picture of COOL MESH BACK SUPPORT SYSTEM The Cool Mesh Back Support System is a lumbar support designed for use by individuals with lower extremity disabilities, back pain, or those who have difficulty sitting for long periods. Designed to help promote good posture and lumbar support, this ergonomic back support can be used at home, work, or in a car. The system is made of mesh fabric that allows cool air flow comfort and attaches to the seat with an elastic strap. The strap can be adjusted upward and downward.
