CLARITY PROFESSIONAL XLC2
The Clarity Professional XLC2 is an amplified, hearing aid compatible, large button cordless telephone with speaker designed for use by individuals who have low vision or are hard of hearing. The handset amplifies incoming sound up to 50 decibels (dB), amplifies outgoing speech up to 15 dB, and the base offers three adjustable ringer levels up to 95 dB. The phone features Digital Clarity Power technology for amplification, DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) 6.0 technology for interference-free communication, an illuminated talking dial pad with large buttons, 12 speed dial buttons, and flashing visual ringer. Talking Caller ID speaks the phone number of the incoming caller. A belt clip for hands-free mobility is included and the phone can be wall mounted. The handset also has a jack (2.5 or 3.5 millimeters) for assistive listening devices or a headset. POWER: The base is powered by a standard 100-240 volt plug; the handset uses a 1.2 volt 600 mAh Ni-MH battery pack. Battery life: 6.5 hours of talk time and 130 hours of standby time.
