Picture of SO SOFT QUAD HEADREST (MODEL SSQ4100) The So Soft Quad Headrest, model SSQ4100, is a wheelchair headrest and head support designed for use by individuals with lower extremity or mobility disabilities or spinal cord injury and other people who use wheelchairs. The unit is slightly contoured for comfort and positioning. It has a firm foam base topped with a 1-inch layer of visco/memory foam to provide pressure relief and comfort. This headrest comes with a zippered Triptex cover. DIMENSIONS: 9 x 6.5 inches.
