Picture of ACCELERATOR GUARD (MODEL 3570) The Accelerator Guard, model 3570, is an accelerator pedal guard designed to protect against inadvertently hitting the accelerator pedal for individuals with lower extremity disabilities or spinal cord injury who use hand controls. The device attaches on the same base as the left foot accelerator pedal. The unit features a release mechanism that allows the guard to be easily removed without tools, permitting ambulatory drivers full use of the accelerator pedal.

Notes: Manufacturer states this product meets or exceeds standards issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
