Picture of RELIEVE ANGLED KNIFE The Relieve Angled Knife is a kitchen knife with a built up handle designed for use by individuals with arthritis or grasping disabilities. This knife is available in a regular and small size, and the regular size also is available in a folding version. Designed for everyday use, this knife has a large, built-up polycarbonate handle at a right angle to the stainless steel blade that tapers to a pointed tip. It is dishwasher safe. WEIGHT: 72 grams (regular size); 37 grams (small).
