Picture of MEDICATION CATCH TRAY The Medication Catch Tray is a tray for dispensing medication designed for use by people with fine motor and grasping disabilities, low vision, or tremors, spasticity or weakness in the hands. This tray is made of FDA-approved food-grade resin, and it is generally rectangular in shape with one end rounded. The user or caregiver can dispense pills or liquid medications onto the tray to prevent spillage or loss. For liquid medicines, there is raised well in the center of the tray where a medicine cup can be placed and held stable while the medication is poured in and during transport of the cup with the medication to the user. Pills can be placed on the tray, and they will be kept on the tray by a raised edge that surrounds it. There is a small gap in the raised edge on the rounded side to facilitate pouring the pills into a user's hand. The Medication Catch Tray has a handle extending from the raised edge on the side opposite the rounded side with the gap. The tray can be washed in a dishwasher. DIMENSIONS (LxW) 9.5 x 5 inches; the height of the raised well is 1.7 inches. WEIGHT: 4 ounces.
