Picture of WONDERGEL DOUBLEGEL SEAT CUSHION (MODEL WG-DG-001) The WonderGel DoubleGel Seat Cushion, model WG-DG-001, is a gel seat cushion designed for use by individuals who sit for long periods , including individuals with burns, pressure sores, lower extremity or mobility disabilities, or spinal cord injury. The unit is made of supportive and pressure-relieving WonderGel, which consists of hollow columns of a gel called Gelastic, a solid rubber-like material. The columns form a pattern similar to a honeycomb, which redistributes and equalizes pressure between bony points and the broader, more fleshy parts of the body. The unit has a softer side and a firmer side so the user can choose a comfort level. It comes with a zippered, washable stretch cover with a non-skid base and a carrying handle. DIMENSIONS (HxLxW): 2.5 x 18 x 16 inches. COLOR: Cover is black.
