Wheelchair Foundation Distributes Free Wheelchairs to Physically Disabled in Minsk

Article announces that the Wheelchair Foundation is delivering over 10 thousand new wheelchairs each month to people with physical disabilities around the world. On the date the article was published, 250 wheelchairs were distributed to people with disabilities in Minsk who could not afford to buy one on their own. Wheelchair recipients were identified by the humanitarian organization ICPA Sophia, in cooperation with the Committee of Labor and the Social Protection of Minsk Executive Committee. The Wheelchair Foundation matched funds donated by the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints to provide the wheelchairs.
