The Jaws of Success: An Interview With Glen Gordon

Article features an interview with Glen Gordon, who is Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of Freedom Scientific, Incorporated. Gordon worked with Henter-Joyce in the mid-1990s to created JAWS for Windows in light of the growing popularity of Microsoft Windows’ graphical user interface, which is inaccessible to people who are blind or have low vision when not coupled with access software. Gordon’s career of helping to make software accessible to people with disabilities is chronicled and discussed.
