Article with suggestions for individuals who are blind or visually impaired on how to use online sites to purchase airline tickets. Some of the suggestions refer specifically to the Expedia site, but most are of general applicability. The author describes the types of boxes, links, and buttons that the customer is likely to encounter on an online travel site, and discusses how to use a screen reader to get through the ticket purchasing process.
