Review: New Cicero v3.01 Text Reader With Added Features

Article reviews the Cicero v3.01 Text Reader from Dolphin UK, which scans text into speech, Braille or document format for people with visual disabilities. The program features user hotkeys for scanning, reading, zoom features, and color change options. Improvements in the latest version include an improved user interface, as well as a new Abbyy Finereader Professional 7.0 Optical Character Recognition engine, which yields high accuracy levels. The Cicero v3.01 Text Reader is available in Swedish, Polish, as well as American English.
