Technology Focus: Steps to Recovery

Article provides examples of gait-analysis and gait-training tools available for physical therapists to use with their clients. Six devices are featured: (1) the Up n’ Go from Easy Walking, (2) the F-Scan Mobile System from Tekscan, Incorporated, (3) the Gait Trainer 2 from Biodex, (4) the Walkable from Mobility Research, (5) the GAITRite Portable Walkway System from MAP/CIR, Incorporated, and (6) the EasyStand Evolv from Altimate Medical.
