Carson MagniMirror

By Moore, Auggie; Large Print Reviews,
Publication Date: January 26, 2009

Review of the Carson MagniMirror, an assistive product for people with low vision. The MagniMirror is described as a 2X magnifier which attaches to any mirror by means of a suction cup, turning the mirror into a magnified one. It features a rimless acrylic lens which is 5 inches in diameter. The reviewer found that its suction cup easily and securely attached to a mirror without leaving behind any residue when removed. The MagniMirror can also be detached from the suction cup and used as a regular hand-held magnifier. In addition, the reviewer discovered that the magnifier could be fastened to a 2X magnified stand mirror, resulting in 4X magnification.
