NUDGE: Silent Coach

Article features the Silent Coach, a small, vibrating electronic device designed as a teaching tool for athletic coaches that can be used in training deaf or hard-of-hearing students. The device comes with a Velcro strap for fastening the device to the athlete’s arm or leg, and a remote control which is used to send reminders to students by assigning certain instructions to specific vibrations, for example, a reminder to keep their chin up or to look forward.
