Spirits Uplift in Iraq School for the Blind as Aid Arrives

In partnership with International Relief and Development, Perkins delivered Perkins Braillers, Braille paper, and a Braille printer to Al-Noor, a school serving 71 blind students in Baghdad. Al-Noor is reportedly the only institute of its kind in Iraq. A video presentation is included with the article, showing delivery of the materials to the school, children interacting with the Braillers and reading from printouts, and an interview with an 11-year-old student who plans to become a teacher.
