TV Speak by Codefactory Comes to the US Market

Article describes TV Speak, a computer application which allows blind users to access to the electronic television programming guide. In addition to programming access, TV Speak enables blind users to (1) record television programs with image and audio or audio only, (2) configure both TV Speak and the television settings, (3) perform common operations such as channel up and down and volume control, and (4) configure Parental Control. To use the application, a Windows based computer, a TV tuner card, and a digital TV antenna are needed. The article includes purchasing and pricing information for the product.
