Mobility Device Designed to Assist Patients Injured Below the Knee

Article describes a device designed to provide strength and comfort to patients who have sustained an injury below the knee. The Drive DV8 Steerable Knee Walker accomplishes even body weight distribution by supporting half of the weight on the device while the other half is supported by the non-injured leg. The product features tool free height adjustability, a lever brake, and 8 inch casters tailored for indoor and outdoor use. The walker, which weighs 22 pounds, has a maximum weight capacity of 300 pounds.
