------- "DO IT YOURSELF" ENTRY ------- PURPOSE: Device enables those with limited hand function to turn faucets on and off. Partially straighten out a steel S hook and saw it in half. Saw a U bolt in half. Weld half of the S hook to half of the U bolt. Drill a 1/4 inch hole in the top of a number 2 size file handle. Epoxy the file handle to the end of the U bolt. Includes diagrams. SKILLS REQUIRED: Welding.
